@Kavi : Bro, it’s in Taman Melawis if I’m not mistaken. He does it as a part time job. He do not have a website, but all his tattooing pictures is displayed in his studio. Maybe you can pay him a visit to see more

His Studio is located just right behind the Padaivettri Mariamman temple in Teluk Pulai.

I love tattoos too. Got one over the back – sanskrit Sri in taamarai. I did that cos my wife’s name is sri, and she loves just opened lotus flowers. When my parents ask, I say its Lakshmi (who is also known as Sri) in taamarai. (Of course this was done when my wife and I were dating and my parents dont know abt her) But what I dont like is how ppl cheapen tattoos esp the MatSallehs who put tattoos of ethnic designs on their body as fashion statement, instead of a meaningful reason behind it. This one white lady I saw had sanskrit OM tattooed on her foot! For a Brahimin like me where sanskriti language is sacred, I never felt so insulted abt my religion. A symbol of God on some human’s foot? Who does she think she is to have OM on her foot? Ambaal???
Sorry – just fuming thinking of it still. Coming back, I want to tattoo my children’s name but the missus larang la…Bro Kavi – nice!
